The project has a set of specific outputs, linked to a project time-line. Four immediate targets (to be achieved by the end of November 2012) are:
- Establish an agreed definition and conceptual framework for SEL
- A model to promote SEL in schools, including the agreed characteristics of school leaders and agreed SEL skills and qualities
- An agreed school self-review instrument for SEL
- Draft training manual and training programme.
